What is it one has to do these days to wake the CPS out of their slumber!? 		<description>surely the named parties in Opera, rather than GMTV?  I don&#039;t understand why those people subject to special mention in the ICSTIS adjudication haven&#039;t been put on the list of people not allowed to run services at all.</description>
