I use NewsGator, they'll let you aggregate any RSS feed and have an awesome iPhone interface that syncs read and clipped items back to my NetNewsWire on my desktop - the clipping feature is great for things I don't want to read "on the road" (and for "road", read "toilet") but do want to remind myself to read later on. NewsGator isn't free, but then it's not shit either!
