T-Mobile UK’s nice new look

Picture 19

The designers and developers over at T-Mobile UK have been doing a good amount of work. The site has, in the past, wound me up no end with annoying errors (“Sorry, we’re not available at the moment”) and a reeeeeelly outdated look that was sorely in need of an upgrade. And they’ve delivered.

Clean, consistent and easy to understand. I like it!

What’s more, they also recently announced that 2 million of their customers are now signed-up to Flext plans. 70% of these customers — that is, 1.4 million people, don’t exceed their Flext monthly budget. That’s either good news for the customer (i.e predictable cost each month) or bad news for the customer (i.e. they’re on the wrong price plan and consistently paying too much).
