Now and again, SMS Text News is rendered unavailable by it’s dedicated server running out of disk space. It’s been winding me up — slowly — for a few months. There’s an application also running on the server that hogs huge amounts of space and whilst the application itself always stays up, it squeezes SMS Text News to zero.
Not good.
I bought another set of dedicated servers for SMS Text News when I was in LA. Still not transferred. That ends today. We’re swapping tonight. All things being equal, you’ll see no difference. Er, faster though, and no disk space errors. We’ve got 500gig to spread out across.
