Tomak sent a text message to her boyfriend at about 7 p.m. Sunday, telling him she was trapped. Shortly after the message went through, her cell phone battery died.
Great to see the medium being useful. Even when your device doesn’t have juice left to make a call, you can generally knock out and receive a few texts still. Nice.
I wonder what handset she was using, eh?
