It allows real estate agents to provide real time information about a property as the consumer is driving by. Being the largest real estate company on Long Island, we are now appealing to the next generation of buyers. We as a company have looked at many text messaging services, however having the sign company install the rider at the time the sign & post goes up was a huge selling point for us. We do not rely on the agents to order the signs or hang them on their own. We couldn’t have asked for an easier solution.
