In a former life I was a FW-1 admin with no training or vendor support (familiar story anyone?) and his books were like bibles. Strange how you keep bumping into the same people as your interests develop - many years ago I was a contributor to his site, moving the FAQ to a blog format... @Phoneboy: Thankyou and welcome!
