		<description>Soonr is wicked when it is working well but there is a problem that stopped me using it.  When I was just messing about with soonr, it always worked perfectly.  However, when it was a matter of life and death as in the example cited above it never ever worked.  Every single time it could have acted as a lifeline, I would only be able to access emails from a week before and that flight booking or whatever just wouldnt materialise.  I have no idea why this happened and just gave up on it in the end as being too unpredictable.  Shame because if they sorted it out and did the job it would be phenomenal.</description>
