		<description>They would still charge you Â£15 a month for the handset even without the free video minutes. Three seem to have changed their scheme so that you pay less for the tariff but you pay for the mobile as a separate monthly charge.

Doing some quick maths I don&#039;t think your Â£15/month covers the cost of the mobile, so it&#039;s still subsidised by the tariff, but you don&#039;t need to pay anything up-front for a fancy mobile on a cheap tariff.

Which may, or may not, be a good thing for you.</description>
