		<description>I&#039;m no longer a T-Mob customer, but that &quot;brand new customers only&quot; attitude REALLY grates me. As a marketer, I appreciate that hooks can be needed to get new people on the wagon, but Dog only knows how important loyal, existing customers are.

Loyalty is underrated by big companies that count on customer turnover to help them maintain their figures. Love your users and your users will love you, I says!</description>
