‘The site was confusing and I didn’t have time to figure out how to activate my cellphone,” said my middle daughter, Ella, 16.
‘I thought that e-mail from Twitter was spam, so I deleted it,” said my youngest daughter, Clementine, who is 10 and an enthusiastic reader of spam.
‘It’s too complicated,” Zoe said.
