If only moderate - heavy cellular phone user-consumers knew that you would need to buy a new headset every year, would they opt to buy a car kit? The whole purpose of those things is to NOT have something to fiddle with when a call comes in. If I'm already wearing it, it's a simple button press to answer the phone.
