You should never restore a backup from one OS version to a device running a different version. Recipe for wierd spook errors. Take an hour out and do a clean resync/install. Do a hard reset *#7370# (sad I have this memorized) and then install all your apps and other stuff from the source and not from your memory card. No application restoring. Good luck.
