Virgin Mobile FR’s 1 Euro Cent SMS plan

And whilst AT&T America is busy putting UP the cost of text messaging, TelecomPaper.nl is reporting that Virgin Mobile France is doing the opposite — cutting text message costs to 1 Euro Cent (EUR 0.01) per text message for prepaid customers, from the middle of March.
