		<description>That is the real market: international roamers. Make it dirt simple for them. In fact, my proposal: pre-paid SIM kiosks outside of every International arrival point. Buy a SIM with some minutes, get data service and the whole 9 yards.</description>

A lot of the people I speak to at the operators tell me there &#039;isn&#039;t any demand for it&#039; and I think, alas, they&#039;re looking at the American market when they say this.  I then ask them how many business people arrive into the US every day... that&#039;s a big customer base...</description>
