I think it's an excellent strategy… if I've got it on my phone (and tons
of people do) I'm keen to have it on my desktop!

I like Picasa. Easy to import from phone, easy to create web albums. Sorry!

(I do like what ShoZu are trying to do and wish them the best. It is tough out there with some big names in this space, though)
