The upgrade store is stone dead, whilst the standard online shop is up and happy.

How can it be sold out…..? The flippin' store has been down all day!!! I started the process as 8:05 and it failed even before I could get my details entered…

Or is it just that I'm an upgrader and the new customers have been prioritised… bah!
