		<description>My GP doesn&#039;t do SMS but my dentist does. Both are in the same building though and under the same umbrella organization. Specsavers also does SMS for appointments and they code it so the sender appears as Specsavers. Howevever, when my contact lenses are ready to be picked up, it is from a normal mobile number ;-) &lt;br&gt;SMS banking, Didn&#039;t first direct used to alert you when nearing your overdraft limit? but they should be able to message back with info from certain transactions if requested with commands. Certain services are using twitter commands for requests etc</description>
