Since the beginning of her assignment she increased gross margin by 320% and operating profit by almost 650%. She managed to position WIN S.A. as one of the market leaders in mobile marketing in the region. Before her current assignment, Kerstin was the Managing Director of Imako Interactive which she successfully turned around from a loss making web developer into a profitable mobile marketing and content provider. In 2005 she sold Imako Interactive to WIN plc, thus creating WIN S.A. Before moving to Athens in 2001, she has worked as a Senior Consultant with Blue C and as a Brand Manager with Unilever in Vienna, Austria.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Kerstin holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics &amp; Business Administration and a CEMS Master from ESADE in Barcelona.
