Nokia, Motorola, Microsoft, Sony Ericsson all have more than 15 lawsuits which are pending, but those don't make any headlines, do they? So why fustigate Apple over a simple lawsuit which will be over in 2 weeks when Apple release a free software update?<br>No other phone out there can properly display Flash and/or Java websites either, so again it's silly to blame Apple for leading the way in mobile web usability.
