		<description>I think the key reason for tying to an operator is that all downloads -- and&lt;br&gt;you can download as much as you wish -- are &#039;free&#039;.  You store your&lt;br&gt;playlists on the system and if you want to swap to another playlist&lt;br&gt;(remember most handsets have a limited amount of data storage) you then need&lt;br&gt;to download the whole list again.  That would be a significant billing issue&lt;br&gt;if it wasn&#039;t tied to and managed by an operator.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m pleased you liked it Samantha -- it&#039;s mobile music the way it was meant to be.  It should hopefully be out of exclusivity with Vodafone soon so it may well be hitting other operators soon.</description>
