		<description>tmobile are crap, iIhave just had a new blackberry bold on contract been with them for years, get told they will call me back at 2.45pm, as of 3.55 pm still no call, so i am sitting with a duff phone, no phone call this is totally shit.The staff on the phone i can never understand them, and they dont seem to to know what there talking about. So they can get stuffed, and i am cancelling the contract with them.&lt;br&gt;The managing director needs to resign, and the company needs to be taken over by someone who generally cares about there customers.</description>

		<description>T mobile are shit, I just got the google g1 phone and get this, I can&#039;t even send or recive texts, people can&#039;t ring me even if tgey try to return a call I made to them, and also the blutooth doesn&#039;t allow me to send and recive files.</description>

Whenever I try to add a feature to my account via MyTmobile, it says &quot;I&#039;m sorry, we are unable to complete your request at this time&quot;.  The funny thing is, about half the time the feature gets added, the other half it doesn&#039;t.  But whether it gets added or not, I ALWAYS get that message, 100% of the time.</description>
