		<description>That&#039;s pretty awful. It also makes most complaints at Symbian&#039;s flaws rather meaningless. Out of curiosity, did you get your hands on a Blackjack 2, Ewan? I have a buddy in the States (whom I&#039;ve convinced to try something more sophisticated than a Razr or Samsung Sync) who currently uses one and is happy with it. He&#039;ll be switching to a AT&amp;T Tilt or something S60 on his next upgrade. On a sidenote, your USA series of articles was one of the arguments I used to convince him.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As for the Q9, I think one of my contacts on MSN has one on Sprint... I wonder if he ever had these problems too.</description>
