Didiom works in the UK and supports a bunch of devices sold by UK operators. You can stream music from your PC to your phone anywhere and preview over 1.5 million MP3s for free. The only thing is that, temporarily, music downloads are only available to customers using a credit or debit card issued by a US bank with a US billing address.
