I'll say.
Recieved a text from O2 today telling me I was in the silver level of the O2 priority club.
My rewards for this honour are exactly the same O2 ahem “treats” as before.
If O2 wanted me to feel special they would make their website work when I need it, and maybe answer my emails once in a while.
