		<description>This is what I&#039;ve heard. I do have a T-Mobile SIM that is still active, it has 5 quid left from last top-up in summer 2006. It has not received calls/sms as it is out of a handset. Before that top-up, the SIM was out of credit and unused for over a year</description>

		<description>The SMS gateway I use for my ping.fm and Livejournal services uses an Orange PAYG SIM that accepts text messages as a form of activity.
