I used it but it brings me up in to lots of severe issues which a good-quality application should not have.. Its network is very slow and sluggish and there are others who are offering more high-speed services as match up to it..

I think it's very much a network issue. Some networks can do 10mb v fast
indeed on gprs. But for normobs, yeah 10mb limit makes sense, or you'd have
folk downloading 2gb movies and being charged hundreds of dollars in data
'overages'

So, why would you want to try and download more than 10Mb over GPRS? Have you ever even tried that on another handset - it doesnt matter what handset or network its going to be painful.

As for the 10Mb limit, thats not hidden in the T&C's, thats been a standard limit on everything from Apples servers direct to iPhone. Seems to make sense to me.. remember this is for normobs who don't understand how any of this works let alone cell site handovers and different levels of coverage.

I've got to say this post is pretty low grade, based on an even lower grade CNET post - c'mon I expect more from MIR you guys are supposed to "get" this stuff. /rant off/

The problem with supporting large file downloads over GPRS is that whilst you are doing them, the phone cannot receive incoming phone calls. This problem doesn't exist with 3G (not sure about edge).
