I honestly don't think apple have much to be worried about yet. Have you tried using the nokia music store? I found it to be even more of a painful experience than iTunes.

I have the N96 and it's like a train wreck. Perhaps the worst phone i've ever had the misfortune to own.

though of course iTunes is now DRM free well almost now.
