…but I would add that it was snappy in processing the images we did manage to get it to take, the panorama mode is impressive (with auto-shooting) and the A3-sized images we were shown in Barcelona (apparently shot with N86, although not the ones we played with which were also producing variable quality shots) were very impressive.

It's a pre-production unit, the camera was 'misbehaving' to say the least...

I have pressed the deinterlace option during the export. Doesn't seem to do it. Or it's the conversion by Vimeo that interlaces it again….

I guess it's good news that they're really buttons, as they can just make them stick out a little further. I'd prefer more capacitive touch from Nokia, though.

When exporting video, there's a checkbox for Deinterlace, which would improve the quality of the videos. See the jaggy horizontal lines around fast motion pixels? That's the interlacing... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interlace

It's solid scratch-proof glass with cut-outs for the buttons to protrude through. There's no capacitve touch.

Anyway, I have a question. Is the entire from of the N86 glass? If so, are the buttons capacitive?

Side note, this video needed to be deinterlaced. Keep up the awesome and exclusive content!
