I really like the video, although in an ideal world, I would loved a longer introduction :)

Hopefully the White HTC Hero shown here is a good representation of what we'll get for the Orange exclusive Graphite one and it will be truly customisable; I have an LG ViewTY at present, and the front interface is full of Orange icons, ones I don't really use and haven't quite worked out how to remove.

Orange have a great customer support section (at least, in my experience they have always been helpful and friendly) but it's really good to see them also catch up with the competition by launching some very cutting edge phones.

For a long time I've been telling any operators who will listen that connecting with the geek community (and, really the non-geek community) is the way ahead. Anyone who watches Conor's video will immediately recognise a better, nicer, direct and helpful Orange.

That's a good point Ewan - as I said earlier I'm a bit of an Orange sceptic, but they do seem to genuinely be trying to engage with the mobile community. Connor's video is so good it took a minute for me to realize it was an 'official' effort. More of this type of thing will go a long way towards rebuilding relationships with mobile geeks like us.

Keep it up Orange - I'm ready to be convinced...
