Installing Android on your Nokia N800

I completely screwed up my Nokia N800 tablet when I tried installing a very, very early version of Android on it, back in September last year.

But now that the OS has been around the block and got a ton attention from a lot of smart developers, I think it might be time to try again.

Luca whacked me over news of more resources for this purpose. One of his colleagues has successfully made it happen. See this post for more info.

Very easy to do – and very easy to recover if you go wrong. But NitDroid is not as stable or useful as Maemo is for general use.
