I’ve setup a vote on the right-hand-side here on Mobile Industry Review to capture your perspective on the new Nokia Booklet 3G laptop coming soon (see yesterday’s post).
To vote, look over here –> and choose an option.
And here’s a nice picture of the Booklet as a reminder:

its all about the price. its quite simple. nokia have waited too long to enter the market and indeed the netbook market is the low end, almost bargin bin segment to compete with. will this result in fantastic sales, I doubt it. its a flailing attempt to capture good will, hearts, minds, and wallets. Knowing nokia as I do, they will completely bollocks it up, pricing the notebook at some high minded price of 600 pounds. For example teh N97 500 quid for a handset thats barely qualified to be called SMART. (see whonky space key), scratched lens, pure shit quality. Hope for the best, expect in reality, the worst.
Ewan, come now, what do you make of the 12 hour battery life claim? Hard to figure this one out whilest running wifi or 3g type programs/applications/etc.
