She received a bill for 2 new blackberry phones that she hadn't signed up for. After querying the local store it seems that someone had used her name to open 2 new contracts. They fraudsters didn't even provide her address but yet the credit checks went through fine and they walked out the store with the handsets. They apparently made up some utility bill with her name and someone else's address and this was valid ID. How desperate are they for customers!
