		<description>I think it&#039;s very hard - or even impossible - to integrate when there are different technologies for OSS/BSS, different vendors (that are typically not compatible) and several protocols, APIs etc used in each network.</description>

		<description>Yeah it&#039;s a real challenge for the account manager, especially when you have a client champing at the bit to buy what they can&#039;t quite deliver.  Well, they can deliver -- as long as the client doesn&#039;t ask questions or set expectations too high. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Growing through acqusition is superb. Just - make sure to integrate properly. Or stop going out to market with the unrealistic messaging.</description>
