Can you identify this phone?

On the train again and goodness me I keep seeing folk with weird and wonderful phones. This evening I saw a chap with one of these. It’s definitely a Sony Ericsson (the guy has the stupid one-inch wide bollocks headphone jack that SE used to offer their customers). I can’t remember the model name though. Can you?

  1. Think it is the p1 or the p900 which had a flip keyboard but I think that sat a little higher than this keyboard. My flat mate many years ago had a p800 and still raves about it to this day! (out of interest hes now on an iPhone)

  2. Yes, it’s a P1i
One of the last UIQ devices.
Och, rest in peace UIQ. Such a horrible OS it was

  3. It's the Rev 2 iPhone 4G with improved wrap-around RF-perfomance-enhancingh case and bluetooth keyboard, and new proprietary 1-inch dock connector.

  4. defo the p1, i had one a couple of years ago, sweet little thing, still around in one of my desk drawers I think. Quite an improvement from the p990
