After last week’s newsletter, I wanted to give everyone an ultra quick update on Unlimited Drinks.
The venue has space for an absolute maximum of 80 people and right now just over 180 people have asked for a place.
I’ve already committed to the venue so I can’t easily change that. I think we clearly need to aim for a bigger venue next time. This time, however, we’ll need to strictly control numbers because of the venue licensing — the venue team simply will not allow more than 80 downstairs.
We’ve been gong through the list of requests and evaluating them. If you’ve asked for +1 (or, in one case, +6) I’m afraid there just ins’t the space to enable that!
