I got these messages from 3 on my new iPhone number today. I was delighted. I wish operators would engage more! Not just after point of sale. I thoroughly enjoyed answering the little text survey!

Am interested in this for a number of reasons. But, will just ask these questions for now:
Any indication as to if they are using a 3rd-party company for this?
Did the responses get collated and then emailed/SMSed to you (your account dashboard) when completed?
Was it relatively speedy going through the questions?
Possibly they used onepoint surveys. Lots of suppliers offer this functionality now. It was nice and fast!
O2 do this too. I switched back in December and they sent me an SMS survey about my experience. I called them up after I signed up and the next day received an SMS survey about my customer service experience too. I like it a lot.
