Free iPad on contract this weekend from Vodafone

I went into the Vodafone store this evening in Bracknell to get a new microsim for one of my numbers. As the lady was processing the sim update she asked I would like a free iPad.

“I notice you have one on your account already,” she prompted, “Is that an iPad 2?”

“Yes,” I confirmed.

“Would you like a new iPad then?” she asked.

“I think I’m ok,” I said, before asking her what the deal was.

It turns out you can get an iPad free — as in no upfront cost — this weekend only. It needs a £32/month contract though — over 24 months. And that includes 2GB of data each month.

Not bad.

If you are looking, perhaps this deal might work for you. It’s apparently available until tomorrow.
