SMS (short message service) is a bane upon our society and will surely lead to its decline and eventual demise, much in the same way as the dearth of written history and literature compounded by a lack of cultural achievement led to the Dark Ages. Or maybe everybody was just as lazy and ill-mannered back then as they are now.
