Responding to anonymous texts

The Girl with a one-track mind had a bit of a problem with an anonymous text today. Read on… (Oh, if you’ve got a sensitive composure not in the zone for enlightenment, don’t click. The ‘one track’ is exactly the one you think it is.)

Do not do this, even if you think you are a smart-arse intellectual snob like me.

Her issue is common if you’ve had your phone number since 1995 and have frequently changed your phone AND not kept an up to date address book. Me? I’ve had my current numbers since November ’05 so it’s not an issue. But pitty the poor girl who is using my old number at the moment. People keep calling me and saying ‘You changed your phone? Some girl answered who didn’t know you?’
