I was browsing around the nice new Vodafone website and came across this advert for the N95.

The white text on the red background … the last line reads:

All UK call centres

Interesting. That’s now being used as a selling point.

Strange how things have come full circle, like Natwest closing all its branches and outsourcing everything to India, only to swap around five years later.

I reckon quite a few people could be influenced by the ‘All UK call centres’ element. There’s nothing worse than trying to talk to someone in a call centre somewhere on earth who doesn’t understand your Scottish accent…
