My monthly T-Mobile bollocks

Insert yet another bollocks post about T-Mobile UK.

If you’ve been following my attempts at trying to use their absolutely appalling online billing system, you’ll know that almost every time I try and do anything — like pay them or try and setup Direct Debit, it fails.

This week?

Well I tried to update the direct debit.

But no.

There’s rules.

Stupid business rules that make it just that little bit difficult to deal with them.

Here I am, trying to work out a way of paying them properly, promptly and on-time with Direct Debit, and some BRIGHT SPARK programmed this into their held-together-with-string system:

Unfortunately, your request cannot be actioned at this time. Your bill will be produced shortly and direct debits cannot be added, updated or deleted at this time. Please return to the site after 7 days when you will be able to make this change.

Rubbish.

Absolute tip top rubbish.

Which is what I shall be telling the T-Mobile UK Executives I meet tomorrow at their Winter Preview.

Stuff your Google G1s gents, why doesn’t your online billing system work?
