Shit T-Mobile UK Online Billing System: Redux

We continue the shit T-Mobile UK online billing system series with this post today. Last night at 1145pm, the system was offline and not accessible.

Tonight at 930pm I thought I’d give it a go.

I’ve been trying to setup my direct debit, if you recall.

I managed to login fine.

Clicked ‘direct debit’. All good. Clicked ‘Add Card’. Got this:

Does NOBODY test anything at T-Mobile?

Rubbish.

  1. I never seem to have much luck here in the States on T-Mo USA either. Whenever I try to add a feature to my account via MyTmobile, it says “I'm sorry, we are unable to complete your request at this time”. The funny thing is, about half the time the feature gets added, the other half it doesn't. But whether it gets added or not, I ALWAYS get that message, 100% of the time.

  2. Not yet! Honestly think that the Dream (or whatever it's going to be
called) is ugly as sin, but I might grab one anyway just to play with
Android. I think they were talking about October for a release date.

  3. Astonishing – JSP compilation errors normally means that the page in that state has probably never been inspected a tester, nor run through an automated test suite, before being rolled out to the live site.

Let alone the functionality behind it.

  4. My T-Mobile is offline
Sorry, but My T-Mobile is offline at the moment. Our techies are working really hard to sort this out, so please try again in an hour or so..

Received this message for the past 10 days. No fun at all, I must say. I am not amused.

  5. T mobile are shit, I just got the google g1 phone and get this, I can't even send or recive texts, people can't ring me even if tgey try to return a call I made to them, and also the blutooth doesn't allow me to send and recive files.

  6. tmobile are crap, iIhave just had a new blackberry bold on contract been with them for years, get told they will call me back at 2.45pm, as of 3.55 pm still no call, so i am sitting with a duff phone, no phone call this is totally shit. The staff on the phone i can never understand them, and they dont seem to to know what there talking about. So they can get stuffed, and i am cancelling the contract with them.
The managing director needs to resign, and the company needs to be taken over by someone who generally cares about there customers.

  8. T-Mobiles staff are rude ill informed bunch of idiots. Last night I got one who told me to be quite because he was losing his voice why he explian the cock up of a bill instead of waiting to here what the mistake was and resolving just that issue. You cannot talk to the billing department without having to listen to your last bill. Over the last two months since I left O2 (a professional mobile phone provider), I have wasted hours on the phone to T-Mobile. Summing up T-Mobile and it's staff are shit.
