Arts on Mobile Industry Review: The Alternative MWC

Quick-as-a-flash, our other contributing poet — Mr Anonymous — has penned this poem in response to Ben’s MWC submission posted earlier today:

Mobile world congress
What a terrible waste
Of people and time
All busy in haste

Not much work gets done
At that show made of drink
But you’ve got to take part
What would people think?

At your lack of presence
While they drink through the night
But they’re all really thinking
‘This is such bollcoks shite’

Social media ‘gurus’
And digital tarts
Are the only ones smiling
When the alcohol starts

For not much investment
Or business is done
But don’t shout too loudly
You’ll ruin our fun

A biting alternative, eh?
