Get a colour facelift for your iPhone from the Smartphone Clinic

It takes the team at The SmartPhone Clinic just 30 minutes of reconstructive surgery to convert your normal — and let’s face it, rather boring — Black iPhone 4 to Red/Blue/White styling.

Bryan Quintanilla and Tony Robino of Fort Lauderdale, Florida are two 22-year-old entrepreneurs who had the idea of creating the business. The young smartphone surgeons are taking pre-orders for their new service called “iColors” for the iPhone. In just 30 minutes of reconstructive surgery your Black iPhone 4 could turn into a fabled White iPhone 4.

Of course the official White iPhone 4 is rumoured to be released in February — but you could have it today! Other colours available are Red, Blue and Pink.

We like the idea of a MIR-branded Red iPhone!

What’s unique about this service is that they don’t just put a sticker on your iPhone or another casing around it. It’s actually the glass that is coloured. This makes the SmartPhone Clinic one of the first to offer such a tailor-made service for people who want their ordinary iPhone 4 to become extraordinary.

The SmartPhone Clinic offer a DIY kit or a full in-house “iColors” conversion service. In addition, they offer unique back covers with options of different color glass, leather, carbon fiber, metal, wood and other designs, fitted for the iPhone 4 that are replacements for the back cover.

In merely four months of operation, The SmartPhone Clinic has grown rapidly and built a substantial Facebook fan base thanks to their five star rated services.

The SmartPhone Clinic, located in the captivative “Venice of America” – Fort Lauderdale, offers mail-in orders online but also a more convenient walk-in service – a good excuse to visit the Sunshine State.

Let’s hear from Tony Robino, co-founder of The SmartPhone Clinic:

“Shockingly, everything has worked out accordingly to our initial idea.”

“Business has been so good that we are opening another location in Palm Beach County in March and soon after expanding to San Antonio, TX. Our goal is to be a one-stop-shop for smart devices and open The SmartPhone Clinic in every major market by 2013.”

Check out their promotional video at here.

I think we’ll see more of these types of customisation services in future.

Good luck gents!
