The BLN Making it Mobile 2012 event is this Thursday in London

Are you coming along to the BLN Making it Mobile 2012 event this Thursday? It’s taking place in London’s Square Mile and it’s getting quite a substantial amount of buzz. Five different executives were on the phone to me yesterday asking if I was going.

Yes indeed I am. I’m really looking forward to it. There’s a brilliant speaker line-up. There’s such a variety — from Ray Anderson of Bango to Mark Challinor of the Telegraph Media Group. I’m particularly interested to see what Ed Hodges, Head of Mobile for Royal Bank of Scotland has to say, given that a) I know the chap and b) I’ve been following his work at RBS. (More on that shortly).

The venue is Taylor Wessing’s offices at 5 New Street Square. Tickets for corporates, entrepreneurs and investors are £295 — but if you’re from an advisory, accountancy or bank firm, it’s £450. Pick them up here.

Whilst the panel schedule is looking packed and highly relevant, I think one of the key value propositions for this event will be the networking. There’s plenty of opportunity for that during the day and at the end of day networking drinks.

I look forward to seeing you there!
