Sending Christmas parcels is a Doddle!

Chelmsford_003
With only 6 weeks until Christmas, there’s plenty to do before the big day.

Here at Mobile Industry Review we are busy collating our Top Tech Christmas Stocking ideas for a series of posts which we will be publishing over the next couple of weeks, with our top picks and reviews of cool gadgets; for him, for her and a list of great new kids’ stuff too.

To kick off the Christmas countdown – and to make the season more jolly – we’re excited to tell you about a new app just launched by Doddle to take the hassle out of sending Christmas parcels.

It’s already time consuming enough picking the perfect present, without the added stress of getting it to its location safely and on time. So, if you are London based, this year Doddle Runners’ can do it for you!

Just download the app to get started. Whether you’re at home, at work or out and about, all you need to do is take a quick picture on your phone of the item you want to send, and a Doddle Runner will collect it in under an hour, then wrap and send it for you!  For just £5 plus postage, a Runner will collect up to five parcels and send them by next day delivery.

What a fantastic service that Doddle hope to roll out over the UK in the coming months.

We’d be interested to hear from anyone who has used this service and if it’s as easy as it sounds?
