TMP Worldwide has become the first recruitment advertising specialist to launch a white label mobile division, following a partnership with new media technology expert, TXT4 Limited.

Adopting mobile technology enhances TMP’s offering by enabling clients to use text as a response mechanism across their communications, allowing candidates to quickly and easily respond to an advert 24/7, by sending a text message to request more information such as an application form or call-back.

TMP’s London MD, Phil Owers explains: ‘We pride ourselves on continually adopting innovative tools that will add maximum value for our clients and we believe mobile can greatly benefit the recruitment process. Our dedicated response management team analyse data generated from online and contact centres to continually measure campaign effectiveness and mobile will produce even further insight, enabling us to improve the quality of candidates by understanding which adverts perform best in attracting the target audience.”

Smart. This is good. The other recruiters will need to follow suit, I’m sure.
