More T-Mobile UK control panel stupidness

I logged in to my T-Mobile UK control panel to see if I could add Web’N'Walk to my account.

I’m disappointed to see that the UK web chaps are asleep at the wheel.

What’s a ‘nameless group’ (highlighted) then?
