What does customer-centric mean nowadays, Jonathan? D'ya mean it'll make sense to the customer?
Customer centric is about servicing your customer as a single entity & not as a bunch of separate products. When products are billed on multiple platforms it's generally very difficult to see the customer as a single entity & when you don't, you don't really understand your customers.
